Experience

Dr. Lindsay Spanton, originally from Apple Valley, MN, completed her undergraduate studies at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD. She played collegiate softball for 4 years as a 1st baseman and catcher. After graduation, she moved to Orange County, California to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at Chapman University in Irvine, CA.

Lindsasy has a strong background with sports-related injuries including shoulder injuries, hamstring strain, patellofemoral syndrome, back pain and more. Currently, she performs varous manual therapy techniques including graston, deep tissue massage, and cupping. 

In her free time, Dr. Spanton enjoys spending time with her dog (Charlee), family and friends. She also enjoys staying active, working out, and being outdoors in the summer. 

Lindsay is looks forward to helping our athletes at N1 become more resilient for everday life by reducing pain, dysfuctional movement, while ehnaching recovery for optimal performance.
