Vertical Jump Program
This program is all about empowering athletes to take their game to new heights! In each training session, we take athletes through our complete jump training system, speed/agility development, and vertical jump specific strength training protocal. Learn from our expert coaches on how to jump out the gym, enhance reaction time, develop an explosive first step, and strenthen core stability to optmimize athleticism to get recognized by coaches. We enhance vertical explosion and overal athletisim by improving movement efficiency, increasing strength to body mass ratio, training the central nervous system, and improving type II muscle fibers to enhance elasticity to make your athlete quicker and more explosive!

THE PHILOSOPHY
We prepare athletes for maximum explosion by developing a strong/stable foundation. Head-turning verticals require ELITE energy storage and release in the tendons and muscles. This is where most vertical programs go wrong! We enhance energy storage so there is more energy potentional to be used during the jump take off. The next step we take is turning your body into a force producing MACHINE, while simultaneously training for high-speed force production. we teach you how to optimize energy release. We set up the building blocks for maximal spring then we put the icing on the cake that pushes your elasticity to the MAX!
