N1 Youth Sports Performance Camp

We are dedicated to empowering youth athletes towards long term athletic development. This program is a framework for an optimal training, competition, and recovery for athletes in the early athletic development stages. This will allow athletes to raise their athletic ceiling by acquiring the necessary skills it takes to build a foundation that sets them up for long term athletic success for years to come.
Our mission is to help youth athletes 7 to 11 years old, to develop the necessary skills needed to apply to a variety of sports. With our Youth Sports Camp, you can expect to participate in activities that develop the athletic qualities that are seen in many sports, including: (coordination, balance, motor control, speed, agility, strength, jumping/plyometrics, endurance, and core development).
