HOCKEY PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Our hockey performance program gives athletes 12 + the opportunity to experience elite training with our unique approach to maximize athletic performance that transfers directly to the ice. We do this by developing speed, agility, strength, power, core, and conditioning. Our systematic personalized approach enables athletes from all ability levels to maximize their athletic potential to compete at the highest level possible.
We infuse science-based programs, technology integration, and expert coaching to deliver performance optimization solutions so athletes can be at their best when it matters most.
First we set the foundation, then we fine tune movement patterns for technically sound mechanics to optimize rate of force and output, then we place the highest emphasis on applied and measurable performance with state of the art sports analytic tools.
We make sure our athletes always know where they stand so they are motivated to push themselves to compete to be the best they can be.
Our 1 hour and 15 minute sport specific, small group training sessions gives our expert performance coaches the ability to get to know each athlete’s strengths and weaknesses, build a relationship, and empower them to reach their personal goals faster.

SPEED DEVELOPMENT
OUR TRAINING WILL INCREASE THE SPEED AND REACTION TIME OF THAT CRUCIAL FIRST STEP ALONG WITH KEY ACCELERATION MECHANICS TO IMPROVE SPEED AND DEVELOPMENT.

VERTICAL JUMP
OUR TRAINING METHODS TARGET ELASTIC FORCE DEVELOPMENT AND MUSCLE RECRUITMENT FOR MEASURABLE IMPROVEMENTS TO YOUR VERTICAL.

CORE STRENGTH
AT THE CONCLUSION OF EACH SESSION WE USE EXERCISES THAT SPECIFICALLY TARGET THE MUSCLES OF THE TORSO IN ORDER TO CHALLENGE THE STRENGTH AND STABILITY OF THE LOW BACK AND ABDOMINALS.

CHANGE OF DIRECTION
OUR AGILITY TRAINING TEACHES THE OPTIMAL TECHNIQUE FOR EFFICIENT MOVEMENT IN MULTIPLE DIRECTIONS, INCLUDING A QUICK REDUCTION IN SPEED AND RE-ACCELERATION.

STRENGTH AND POWER
OUR STRENGTH AND POWER PROGRAM IS BASED ON BODYWEIGHT AND FREE WEIGHT MOVEMENTS THAT MIMIC POSITIONS AND ACTIONS USED IN COMPETITION.

INJURY PREVENTION
WE PLACE A HIGH EMPHASIS ON INJURY RESILIENCE. WE DO THIS BY IMPLEMENTING A COMPRESSIVE WARMUP, ADDRESSING AREAS OF WEAKNESS AND TIGHTNESS, AND FIXING FAULTY MOVEMENT PATTERNS.
