Are you a runner? Join Us for an awesome 20-20-20 Experience specific to Runners: HIIT Workout + Yoga for Runners + Nutrition for Runners!
N1 Motion & Running Room Maple Grove have teamed up to offer Runners a 20-20-20 Experience:
20 Minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Workout
20 Minute Yoga for Runners
20 Minute Nutrition Talk Specific to Runners
HIIT Training is a great way if you’re short on time to get in your training sessions and increase your stamina and endurance for race days. During the HIIT portion of this workout we will incorporate body-weight strength movements and plyometrics to efficiently and effectively prep you for race-day. In addition, adding in strength movements with your run training is a great way to prevent injury. All Levels Welcome – Options given through this workout.
Then we will take you through 20 minutes of yoga specific to Runners. Tight hips? Low back bothering you? Knee pain? Yoga is a great tool to utilize to ensure you can keep doing the thing you love – Running!
And then we will talk about nutrition as it pertains to runners. What to do leading up to a race, what to do on race day and answer any questions you may have!
After this 20-20-20 Experience Stay and Shop at the Running Room! There will be a SPECIAL Private Shop for those who come to this event along with a special deal! You won’t want to miss it!

Stamina Workout: This class focuses on building stamina and endurance. This means you will be working for a longer length of time while maintaining a steady heart rate that is sustainable from start to finish. Why is this good? Because in life we need stamina to live our lives to the fullest. Maybe you’re an athlete? A marathoner? Or simply want to keep up with the kids – this class will leave you feeling stronger and unstoppable! All Levels Welcome!
