Get ready to be inspired and motivated. Join group fitness classes taught by some of the best instructors and trainers in the Twin Cities. Attend seminars led by experts in health and wellness and come shop and explore the expo filled with products, services and treatments for a healthy lifestyle.

This event is for everyone! From beginners to athletes, all are welcome in every group fitness class because the instructors will provide modifications to meet you where you are. Don’t feel like working out? No problem! Come for the workshops, shopping, chair massage and more!

Come sweat with Aly McPherson during a complimentary 30/30 HIIT and Yoga class followed by an private shop with exclusive deals

30/30 Class Details: 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and 30 minutes of yoga. We will start off with 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is short bursts of all out-effort and will allow you to torch a lot of calories, even after the workout is done! We will utilize the fire from HIIT training by finishing with 30 minutes of Yoga Flow. Not a yogi? No worries, this is beginner level.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, water, and a towel if you prefer.

Eden Prairie, I’m so excited to announce that N1 FIT will be running 2 classes weekly starting on March 12th. Classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30AM – 10:30AM at Vault Fitness in Eden Prairie.

Join us for 2 FREE workouts on March 5th and March 7th: No Membership Required to Enter Vault Fitness!

Then sign up for our 8-Week N1 Fit Program that will start on March 12th. We have 1 day per week and 2 day per week options!

More Informtion about the Program:

There will be a rotating schedule so that each class is new and fun! AND you’ll get results because you’ll keep your body guessing. Here are the classes that we will rotate through:

Stamina: This class focus is stamina and endurance. This means you will be working for a longer amount of time while maintaining a steady heart rate that is sustainable from start to finish.

Power: The ability to generate maximal force as fast as possible. Burn more calories while increasing endurance, strength and cardiovascular function. Not only become a stronger athlee, but a force of nature in your life. 

Strength: It is good to slow things down and focus on strength. Did you know that 30 minutes of cardio spikes your metabolism for 12 hours and 30 minutes of strength training spikes your metabolism for 3 days? This class is great for your metabolism and will increase your strenth, which will also allow you to burn more fat at rest! That’s a win-win in our book.

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training is based on Excess Post Oxygen Consumption (EPOC). This means not only will you burn a ton of calories during the workout, but you will continue to burn after as well. High impact AND low impact options will be given during this class to ensure all levels are successful.

Yoga: We will occasionally add Yoga at the end of our workouts (about 20 minutes) to ensure balance, mobility and overall wellness.

All Levels are Welcome! Options will always be given to make this an all-inclusive experience!

FREE Speed Clinic for athletes looking to take their game to the next level!

Our N1 Performance Coaches will teach youth athletes the science behind becoming an ELITE athlete and how to get tangible results in speed development in just 60 minutes by applying our proven techniques in sprint mechanics. We will break down the key elements that contribute to developing explosive speed that will help athletes separate themselves from the competition. We’ll also test their speed so they know where they stand. This clinic will help athletes gain the competitive edge, no matter what sport they are in. All athletes ages 12+ are welcome! Only 30 spots available.
