Eden Prairie, I’m so excited to announce that N1 FIT will be running 2 classes weekly starting on March 12th. Classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30AM – 10:30AM at Vault Fitness in Eden Prairie.

Join us for 2 FREE workouts on March 5th and March 7th: No Membership Required to Enter Vault Fitness!

Then sign up for our 8-Week N1 Fit Program that will start on March 12th. We have 1 day per week and 2 day per week options!

More Informtion about the Program:

There will be a rotating schedule so that each class is new and fun! AND you’ll get results because you’ll keep your body guessing. Here are the classes that we will rotate through:

Stamina: This class focus is stamina and endurance. This means you will be working for a longer amount of time while maintaining a steady heart rate that is sustainable from start to finish.

Power: The ability to generate maximal force as fast as possible. Burn more calories while increasing endurance, strength and cardiovascular function. Not only become a stronger athlee, but a force of nature in your life. 

Strength: It is good to slow things down and focus on strength. Did you know that 30 minutes of cardio spikes your metabolism for 12 hours and 30 minutes of strength training spikes your metabolism for 3 days? This class is great for your metabolism and will increase your strenth, which will also allow you to burn more fat at rest! That’s a win-win in our book.

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training is based on Excess Post Oxygen Consumption (EPOC). This means not only will you burn a ton of calories during the workout, but you will continue to burn after as well. High impact AND low impact options will be given during this class to ensure all levels are successful.

Yoga: We will occasionally add Yoga at the end of our workouts (about 20 minutes) to ensure balance, mobility and overall wellness.

All Levels are Welcome! Options will always be given to make this an all-inclusive experience!
