Vertical Jump Camp
Take your game to new heights with our “Performance Edge: Vertical Jump Camp”. In this 60 minute class, we take you through our complete jump training system. Learn from expert coaches on how to jump out the gym to elevate your game to new heights and get recognized by coaches. We enhance vertical explosion by improving movement efficiency, increasing strength to body mass ratio, training the central nervous system, and improving type II muscle fibers to enhance elasticity for a quick explosive vertical jump.
*athletes who sign up for the “Summer Volleyball Performance Program” use their session for the Vertical Jump Camp.

The first thing we do to enhance vertical jump is address dysfunctoinal movemnt patterns to increase movement efficiency.
We enhance intra muscular coordination by improving jumping mechanics and increasng fluidity of movement.

Vertical Jump Camp
We prepare the body for maximum explosion by developing a strong/stable foundation. Head-turning verticals require ELITE energy storage and release in the tendons and muscles. This is where most vertical programs go wrong! We enhance energy storage so there is more energy potentional to be used during the jump take off. The next step we take is turning your body into a force producing MACHINE, while simultaneously training for high-speed force production. we teach you how to optimize energy release. We set up the building blocks for maximal spring then we put the icing on the cake that pushes your elasticity to the MAX!
