N1 PERFORMANCE YOUTH CAMP!

Our youth program (8-11 years old) is designed to introduce all components of athletic training in a positive learning environment. We implement a science backed long term athletic development model. Drills and applications are used to teach fundamental skills and physical literacy while keeping athletes attentive and maximizing effort. Athletes should come away from this program with improved athleticism, knowledge of how to train properly, and a positive attitude toward training. We make training fun by tying in competitive games and drills that help develop cognitive ability, speed, agility, and coordination. We also introduce core development appropriate for youth athletes with body weight strength movements to enhance general core strength for better sports performance and injury prevention.

OUR AGILITY TRAINING TEACHES THE OPTIMAL TECHNIQUE FOR EFFICIENT MOVEMENT IN MULTIPLE DIRECTIONS, INCLUDING A QUICK REDUCTION IN SPEED AND RE-ACCELERATION.

Strength & Power

OUR STRENGTH AND POWER PROGRAM IS BASED ON BODYWEIGHT MOVEMENTS THAT MIMIC POSITIONS AND ACTIONS USED IN COMPETITION.

Core Strength

AT THE CONCLUSION OF EACH SESSION WE USE EXERCISES THAT SPECIFICALLY TARGET THE MUSCLES OF THE TORSO IN ORDER TO CHALLENGE THE STRENGTH AND STABILITY OF THE LOW BACK AND ABDOMINALS.

CognitIVE ABILITY

Decision making plays a major role in sports performance. We train the brain by using drills and games that require the athletes to think quickly and respond.
