OMGHA Zoom Sign Up Links

Below you will find the training schedule and links to sign up for the training sessions (3 sessions per week per age level).  Minimal equipment is required for these training sessions. If athletes have access to dumbbells or kettlebells N1 does recommend having those on hand for the U15’s and Bantams but not to worry, if you do not have access weights, N1 Motion will provide alternative exercises. U12’s, U10’s, U8 Peewee’s, Squirts, Supermites will do body weight movements for now and progress accordingly.
