N1 FIT is an athletic based group fitness program designed by athletes for athletes. Our unique class focus format is based on General Adaptation Syndrome. This means we periodize our workouts so you never hit training plateaus and keep getting long term sustained results. Get your ideal body and become more resilient for everyday life!
We are providing flexible options for you to sweat with us so you can keep working towards your training goals. Join us for an outdoor workout, virtual class on ZOOM where you can join the outdoor session from home, or access training plans through our mobile app so you can go through the workout on your own at your convenience. Minimal equipment required. If you attend the outdoor session, we ask that you bring your own set of dumbbells and a mat. We will provide sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. If you don’t have equipment we will provide body weight alternatives.
We will be delivering outdoor workouts from May 28 – July 3 as a safety precaution and to ensure proper distancing during training sessions. We provide small group classes capped at 10 people offered 4 days per week (Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat) for 55 minute sessions.

In the event that one of our outdoor training sessions are cancelled due to weather, athletes should do the assigned workout of the day at home or we will host a virtual zoom class. You will be notified of cancelations 3 hours in advanced if possible.

Our N1 Performance program gives athletes from all sports the opportunity to experience elite training with our proven approach to optimizing athletic performance.
Athletes will receive sports performance training offered 4 days per week (Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat) for 60 minute sessions. We ask that athletes bring a pair of their own dumbbells if possible. Body weight alternatives will be given to supplement. Disinfectant and sanitizer will be provided.
CLASS TIMES:10:00AM (starting June 8), 11:00AM (starting June 8), 3:00PM, 4:00PM (Mon/Wed/Fri) – 10:15AM (Saturdays)
10:00AM and 11:00AM times will begin on June 8.
Each session will help to develop and improve speed, change of direction, vertical jump, strength, and power, all while creating injury resilience in a systematic way. Athletes will also have access to our online training programs through our mobile app. These are goal driven programs that athletes can do if they are not able to attend the live session or want to integrate a variety of training into their routine. These workouts can be done any day of the week based on the athletes schedule. Our science-based program provides performance optimization solutions. We do this by setting a foundation, fine tuning movement patterns for good technique and mechanics, and placing the highest emphasis on applied and measurable performance.
