At N1 Motion we take a comprehensive approach to training. Most group fitness classes are repetitive, can cause you to burnout, stop getting results, or even injured. Our unique class focus format is based on General Adaptation Syndrome. 

Stamina

This class focus is stamina and endurance. This means you will be working for a longer amount of time while maintaining a steady heart rate that is sustainable from start to finish. 

Power

This time driven class will make your competitive edge come out since you will be racing against the clock! This class focus is designed to challenge you physically and mentally with an AMRP style. 

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is based on Excess Post Oxygen Consumption (EPOC). This means not only will you burn a ton of calories during the workout, but you will continue to burn after as well.
