Our N1 Performance program gives athletes from all sports the opportunity to experience elite training with our unique approach to develop speed, change of direction, vertical jump, strength, and power, all while creating injury resilience in a systematic way. Our science based program provides performance optimization solutions. We do this by setting a foundation, fine tuning movement patterns for good technique and mechanics, and placing the highest emphasis on applied and measurable performance. We always make sure our athletes always know where they stand. Our 60 minute small group classes gives our expert performance coaches the ability to get to know each athlete, build a relationship, and empower them to reach their personal goals. We do this by getting hands on and integrating technology to deliver the best results possible while maximizing safety and performance.
