SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
Our N1 Performance program gives athletes from all sports the opportunity to experience elite training with our unique approach. We help to develop and improve speed, change of direction, vertical jump, strength, and power, all while creating injury resilience in a systematic way. Our science-based program provides performance optimization solutions. We do this by setting a foundation, fine tuning movement patterns for good technique and mechanics, and placing the highest emphasis on applied and measurable performance. We make sure our athletes always know where they stand. Our 60 minute, small group classes give our expert performance coaches the ability to get to know each athlete, build a relationship, and empower them to reach their personal goals. We do this by getting hands on and integrating technology to deliver the best results possible while maximizing safety and performance.

AT THE CONCLUSION OF EACH SESSION WE USE EXERCISES THAT SPECIFICALLY TARGET THE MUSCLES OF THE TORSO IN ORDER TO CHALLENGE THE STRENGTH AND STABILITY OF THE LOW BACK AND ABDOMINALS.
CHANGE OF DIRECTION
OUR AGILITY TRAINING TEACHES THE OPTIMAL TECHNIQUE FOR EFFICIENT MOVEMENT IN MULTIPLE DIRECTIONS, INCLUDING A QUICK REDUCTION IN SPEED AND RE-ACCELERATION.
STRENGTH AND POWER
OUR STRENGTH AND POWER PROGRAM IS BASED ON BODYWEIGHT AND FREE WEIGHT MOVEMENTS THAT MIMIC POSITIONS AND ACTIONS USED IN COMPETITION.
WE PLACE A HIGH EMPHASIS ON INJURY RESILIENCE. WE DO THIS BY IMPLEMENTING A COMPRESSIVE WARMUP, ADDRESSING AREAS OF WEAKNESS AND TIGHTNESS, AND FIXING FAULTY MOVEMENT PATTERNS.
