At N1 Motion we recognizes that in order to build a winning team you need to develop, and integrate, the athleticism of all athletes.

Team training is one way to insure that all athletes are working together for the good of the team. Training may be conducted as an “extra” practice during the season, or invite a N1 Motion performance coach to join the team at a regularly scheduled practice.

Speed Development: Our training will increase the speed and reaction time of that crucial first step along with key acceleration mechanics

Change of Direction: Our agility training teaches the optimal technique for efficient movement in multiple directions, including a quick reduction in speed and re-acceleration.

Vertical Jump: Our training methods target elastic force development and muscle recruitment for measurable improvements to your vertical.

Strength & Power: Our strength and power program is based on bodyweight and free weight movements that mimic positions and actions used in competition.

Core Strength: At the conclusion of each session we use exercises that specifically target the muscles of the torso in order to challenge the strength and stability of the low back and abdominals.
